Once you're on board, we kick things off by getting clear on what you actually need. From there we build a sitemap that maps out every page and how they fit together, so the whole site has a plan before any design starts.
Design
Design starts with your homepage. We create a full mockup so you can see the whole look and feel in one place, then shape it together until the direction feels right. Once you're happy with that foundation, we design out the rest of the site to match using your sitemap. The result is a site you're proud of and your visitors find easy to use.
Build
Next we build your site on WordPress, on a private staging site that only you and we can see. It's built to load fast and work cleanly on phones, tablets, and desktops, so every visitor gets the same polished experience. We set up your on-page SEO from the start, including page titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, a sitemap, and schema, so search engines understand your site the day it goes live.
Care
When everything's ready, we launch your site and train you or your team to run it, in a session that's both live and recorded so you always have it to come back to. For the first 30 days after launch we handle any fixes and questions while you settle in. After that, a care plan keeps everything running behind the scenes, so your site stays secure, fast, and current without you having to think about it. You decide how involved to be, from handing us the whole thing to keeping your own content fresh while we look after the rest, and either way you always have someone to call.

Yes. We build client sites on WordPress with Elementor, which gives you a clean visual editor. Once we hand off, your team can update text, swap images, and make everyday changes without touching code or paying us for small edits. If you'd rather not touch it at all, a care plan covers those changes for you.
Can I edit the site myself?
Yes, and we set it up so you can. We hand over a site you can run and walk you through it in a training session, so you're comfortable making changes. If you prefer to stay hands-off, that's exactly what our care plans are for. Either way the choice is yours, with no lock-in.
Do I own my site?
Fully. The site, the content, and the domain are yours, with no proprietary platform and no lock-in. If you ever decide to work with someone else, everything goes with you. You're never renting your own website from us.
Why not just use Squarespace or Wix?
Those are fine for simple sites, but you're renting space on someone else's platform and you're limited to what it allows.
